112.01.06~01.09 Internationalworkshop
Dr SF Hsiao held a CPE OPTIMAL workshop for stroke rehabilitation in Vietnam under the global grant of Rotary International (VTT-GG2125902 2021-2024) for TPTA to support the professional development of PT in Vietnam. A MOU between TPTA and VNPTA; Dr Hsiao also presented the progress and structure of the CPE OPTIMAL in the ADMIRE workshop (supported by HI and USAID) held by World Physiotherapy there. Dr Hsiao also visited Hai Duong Medical Technical University for the collaboration of educational support of KMU via the USR funding.

A 5-day IPNFA certified workshop (Level II) was conducted by IPNFA certified instructor Atsushi Ishii during Feb 6-10, 2023. Fourteen trainees attended the training courses and were all awarded with the IPNFA certificates (Level I+II).

Lecturer Yumi Sakamoto(Department of Physical Therapy, Ibaraki University, Japan) visited the Department of Physical Therapy and participated clinical tours and discussion activity in the faculty’s teaching forum..
112.04.17-04.18 Paper publication in international academic conferences
Professor Hui-Yi Wang attended the International Conference on Advances in Higher Education (online). Published papers: Hui-Yi Wang, Shu-Mei Chen, Mei-Fang Liu: Evaluating the Learning Outcomes of Physical Therapy Clinical Fieldwork Course, and won the Best Presentation Award from the conference.

Dr Shih-fen Hsiao attended the World Physiotherapy General Meeting as voting delegate of Taiwan Physical Therapy Association.
112.06.01 International social activity
Dr SF Hsiao organized the ‘Taiwan Night’ at Dubai for Taiwan Physical Therapy Association. Vice President William Lai joined the event with pre-recorded video online to express the gratitude for the international collaboration in many occasions.

Dr SF Hsiao was invited as panelist in the World Physiotherapy Seminar: Direct Access to talk about the journey of the amendment of PT Act in Taiwan, in the World Physiotherapy Congress 2023 in Dubai.
